This web page contains links to reports and data which have been useful in constructing this website and in developing the computer programs available from it. The links are not intended to give a comprehensive cover of wind power issues but are concerned either with providing quantitative data on wind turbine performance or a technical report on some issue central to wind power. A simple star system is used to reflect our opinion of the reports and this includes a rating for widely quoted reports on important issues but which fail to fulfil their function.
